2. Description of Service

ResumeSnap provides free online tools for creating, editing, and exporting resumes and cover letters. Features include multiple templates, AI-powered content suggestions, and PDF export. We reserve the right to modify or improve features over time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Each person may maintain only one account.

4. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all resumes, cover letters, and content you create using the Service.
  • You grant ResumeSnap a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
  • You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The ResumeSnap brand, design, templates, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by ResumeSnap or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google for authentication. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings — deletion is permanent.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that AI-generated content will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeSnap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
